Despite the challenges 2021 posed around the world, JoyCorps thrived. Not only did 100% of our fellows’ businesses survive the year, but at a time when many people lost their livelihoods, our fellows retained their employees and even added nearly 40 jobs in 2021. They cared for their employees in unique and sacrificial ways.
We are more enthusiastic than ever about the path ahead. This spring we will graduate our first cohort of fellows who operate their businesses not just ethically, but redemptively, going above and beyond to bless others. Leaders who choose this path may assume greater risks and challenges, but they have the opportunity to transform families and entire communities. Read on to meet them and learn more.
