Varsha Lama

Varsha is owner and founder of Khaspa Home Decor based in Dehradun, northern India. Currently her business makes macrame accessories and art for decor purposes. She has always been a creative person but especially credits her mother for teaching her this craft at a very young age. Her mother also helped many women earn their living by teaching similar handicraft skills. Varsha started this business with a mission to inspire, empower and encourage women and the younger generations to start their own ventures. She completed her undergraduate degree in business administration from Manipal University with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
