Business Reimagined.

Our world relies on business to create livelihoods and provide us with things we need. Yet in our hunger for more, cheaper and faster, some business practices have grown destructive to our world and to people.

Since 1999, JoyCorps has been re-imagining how business can be done. We’ve found that businesses can move even beyond ethical, redeeming trade and inspiring beauty, so that people and communities thrive.

We believe it’s possible to re-imagine business, but it’s not easy. Working to solve local, regional or global problems through business comes at a cost: the work often requires more innovation, increased effort, and unique challenges to profitability. For the leaders involved, it can be a difficult and sometimes lonely journey.

Our mission is to help bear that cost by providing an ecosystem of coaching, resources, and inspiration to help businesses grow. With a supportive community walking alongside them, business leaders can focus on developing creative solutions to spark positive change in the world.

The JoyCorps Fellowship

The JoyCorps Fellowship is a group of carefully selected, visionary leaders who operate agrarian and small manufacturing businesses in Asia’s under-resourced communities.

We offer Accelerator and Incubator services that provide business expertise, structures, encouragement and community — all vital for growing a thriving business in a challenging environment.

Our team has had extensive experience starting and running businesses throughout Asia, and we leverage our shared learnings to develop strategic coaching sessions with our Fellows. We focus on practically developing each business’s people, process, and product.

Business Reimagined Summits

Every year, JoyCorps hosts in-person summits in a beautiful location in India to provide redemptive entrepreneurs the opportunity to gather, rest, find community, and experience deep-dive mentorship and shared learning.

Our summits are designed to be a safe space for conversations between those born into highly resourced economies and those with fewer resources, so that we can learn from one another on important topics that affect us all. Whether we are business leaders, investors, or entrepreneurs committed to transforming marginalized communities across the world, we all pursue a vision in which business is both creative and restorative.

The agenda of each summit is slightly different based on the needs of the cohort, but it typically includes business training, shared insights, idea sessions, mentoring, branding and spiritual encouragement—all designed to equip, resource and refresh each entrepreneur for the journey ahead.

In addition to two in-person summits each year, we also host a virtual gathering for our Western partners and monthly online gatherings for our Fellows.
